Details on how to order.

Please read our terms and conditions page before placing an order.

At the moment we have four ways of ordering. By phone, fax, post or by ordering online.

Ordering online is quick and easy. Simply add items to your shopping basket as you browse the store. If you require more than one of an item, then simply alter the quantity in your shopping basket. When ordering leads and rope toys remember that not all colours are held in stock. If you require a specific colour please state so. If you do not want the item to be substituted for a different colour if your preference is unavailable, then please tell us in the additional information box at checkout. We currently are only taking UK orders online. If you are overseas and wish to place a order, let me know and I will calculate shipping cost for you.

Payments - We accept online card payments through WorldPay. I can also take Paypal payments via the nicky@pawprintsuk.co.uk e-mail address, or cheques /POs (made payable to "Paw Prints") if you prefer. I cannot currently take over the phone card payments I am afraid.

Paw Prints endeavors to dispatch all orders of items in stock within 10 days. If an item is not in stock then you will be informed, and given an expected delivery date.

Postage Charge - to UK and NI - 12% of order value. Overseas postage will be charged at cost.

Refund Policy - You can cancel your order within seven days of placing your order, or seven days of receipt of the goods (all returned goods must be in the condition they were sent out). On cancelling your order, or returning the goods your payment will be refunded. All returns should be sent to the below address.

Paypal is the only payment method accepted for Overseas customers
